Processing of personal data
PcProFix must take all reasonable steps to ensure that the protection of personal integrity is strong within the company when suppliers and contractors are hired. By personal data is meant name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, social security number and / or other information that can be derived to an individual living individual – although the chain can be long.
The principles we follow are

The person responsible for personal data (PcProFix) shall be responsible for and be able to report that the above points are complied with
Processing of personal data includes every measure of handling – for example collecting, editing, archiving, transferring, storing.
What personal data do we process and for what purpose?
We process personal information when you register your participation for events, when you as a customer for IT support are registered in our case management system or when you ask to register as a recipient of our newsletter or other mailings.
It may also happen that we are served your personal information through your contact person with us or your own employer. For example, the personal information we collect may include name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, position, which customer or supplier you are connected to or if you are a respondent in our customer survey.
As an employee of PcProFix, we handle personal data in order to fulfill the entered employment contract.
We may use your personal information for the following purposes
- inquiries and contract issues
- to provide IT support in our ticketing management system
- to communicate and stay up to date when you have selected notification
- to send our customer survey to you
- to send our newsletter to you
- to send the invitation to our events
- to send greetings to you
We will only store your information for as long as it is required to fulfill the above purposes or as long as we are required by law to do so. Your personal data will then be deleted.
Who has access to personal data and where are they forwarded?
Your information is shared within the PcProFix and can be handled by third parties so that we can provide our services to you. For example, third parties may be companies that are involved in the operation and maintenance of our IT systems, companies that handle our customer survey or events.
The suppliers who receive your personal data on our behalf must have signed a personal data access agreement which guarantees that they follow the legal requirements and instructions provided by PcProFix on how the data is to be handled.
We do not pass on, sell or exchange your personal data for marketing purposes to third parties.
PcProFix may also disclose your personal information to third parties, such as for example to the police or other authority, in connection with the investigation of crimes or if PcProFix is otherwise obliged to disclose the information in accordance with statutory requirements or authority decisions.
Your personal data is stored in our business system and case management system and is regularly cleared from out of date information or information that is no longer needed for us to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer. The information we collect about you is stored in Bulgaria within the EU.
PcProFix has taken technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from loss, tampering and unauthorized access. In order to achieve adequate privacy protection, it is important to work continuously with issues such as awareness, education and organization.
