This service requires Internet connection. You watch how we act during the repair procedure and are able to cancel the connection at any time. The service can include installation of software submitted by the customer, installation of drivers for hardware, setup of specific applications, training for program usage, optimization of your computer work, archiving of information, removing of virus and spyware software (sometimes there are limitations regarding viruses removing when using remote support), etc.

It is necessary that you download the program in your computer. Follow the location where you download the program, for example you can choose the Desktop. The program does not require installation, it is very simple and small program (pcprofix.exe file). The channel established by the program is encrypted for your security.

Before you start the program, please contact us for specifying a time for execution of the service which is comfortable for you. The service is paid. The program will attempt to connect to our server. The program has chat function between you and the technician. It is possible to use skype or icq. We can also talk via skype.

If the connection is successful you will see the following screen. The icon will become green after our administrator approves the connection. Your desktop will become visible to us and you will be able to follow our actions for removing the problem.

You can terminate the connection at any time by clicking the “Exit” button in the bottom right corner.
Cancel the remote session
Finally, you should click on "Quit". The program has function "Autoreconnect" in case of interruption of internet connection. If the program is still trying to connect, you just have to click "Quit" button.
